To secure a booking a 25% deposit, of total rental, is needed. The remaining rent is payable in full before arrival.

I accept electronic money transfers and direct cash/cheque deposits or personal cheques, but funds must clear before booking is secured or final payment considered paid. I accept Euro or UK Sterling. If paying in Euro it will be charged at the exchange rate of the day of payment.

Deposits are non refundable. Cash on arrival not accepted.

I also require a £200 refundable security deposit, against any damage or breakage. This is payable before arrival and will be returned to you within a few days of departure.

For bookings and payments from abroad any cost incurred for money transfers and return of deposits will be met by guests.
